Our MAC Kids Team

Kelly Peters is the Children’s Minister at Menai Anglican Church. Kelly studied at Sydney Missionary and Bible College. She is a trained primary teacher who also has a Masters in Special and Inclusive Education. Kelly is passionate about teaching children about how much God loves them and making every child feel loved and included!

Kelly oversees our afternoon kids’ club and our Sunday morning kids’ program. She is also involved in the organisation of events like Holiday Clubs, Summerfest, Christmas and Easter. In addition, Kelly helps to coordinate SRE in six of our local public primary schools.

Lauren Couri is our Play Space coordinator. She is also a trained primary teacher who loves meeting new people and introducing little children to Jesus!

Lauren coordinates four Play Space groups meeting across the week on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings from 10 -12pm. Lauren oversees the term programs, organises Play Space events and leads a wonderful team of volunteer leaders.

MAC Kids is made possible by a faithful team of men and women, boys and girls who volunteer their time.

The team is varied in personalities, gifts, ages, and stages, but the one thing that unites us all is the gospel of our Lord Jesus and the deep desire to make Him known – especially to kids and families!
